Uncanny X-men 283-Storm shielded her teammates from a falling mountain and energy blasts with a pressure dome. She also flew her teammates inside a air bubble. she could more than likely protect herself from namors punches. In an X-men special issue in 1991. Storm tapped into the electro-magnetic spectrum and generated an entire force field over the entire earth to shield it from gamma rays. now if she can cover the entire earth, what's to stop her from at least covering herself? X-treme X-men#14(I think)-It is revealed that Storm can read the electric impulses in a machines and humans and that it gives her a edge in any fight. X-men Unlimited#7-This is the issue where Storm used a electric shield to block off Candra's telekinetic attacks. if she can block TK attacks, she could probably block namors attacks. Uncanny X-men#165-Storm summons the energy of a billions of stars. maybe it would be possible for her to fly up as far as she can go and do this again.

MY GOD! I need to catch up on Storm. Last I knew, all she did was summon lightning bolts and high winds. Flash freezing? Lasers from the clouds? Force fields covering the earth? Pressure domes? The hell?

I never said Namor would use electricity to hurt Storm, I just mentioned that anything Storm threw at him wouldn't affect him, ergo, her using lightening to fry him is a disabled argument.

Until I can find and compare barometric pressure levels--multiplied of course since Storm is god--from Jupiter and compare them to the pressure of the bottom of the ocean, I'm going to ignore that argument altogether.

I doubt Storm is going to start up the battle by creating a pressure dome and cordoning herself off. If she does, good for her, Namor's seen his share of force fields, any seasoned superhero has, he can take it.
