What character is do you want inlcuded the most?

You KNOW they're considering a cameo sometime for a young Han Solo, because (1) it works for the time frame (2) it helps to tie in his destiny with the story even more, just like Chewbacca's appearance in ROTS (3) it would be a ratings bonanza; like the time during the sweep season for Star Trek: The Next Generation, when a much older Spock appeared in a two-part finale.
And if it happens, it will be a younger actor doing the role. Guaranteed.
Harrison Ford would have zero problems with it. Unlike Indy, he's said many times he wouldn't play Han Solo again.

Ya bet!

Macgyver is the first thing that popped into my head when I read that.

They are not considering a cameo role; Lucas recently said that Han will not feature in the series at all.

How dare you mention Star Trek. 😉

You forgot the kid they're after.

You mean Anakin's padawan? 🤨

I don't know what the hell they're thinking with stuff like that.

No, the little slug.

Personally, the Ashoka is a great idea. It actual introduces a valuable new character on the good side and actually alows us to experience what the ENTIRE point of II and III were, growing up in a war. And finally, a named femail Jedi. There are only 7 named Jedi in the saga and Vos is never paired with his name. Anakin, Kenobi, Qui-Gon, Mace, Yoda, and Luke. Thats one per episode and no females, despite the dominate role they played in the PT. Its about damn time we had someone of Ashoka's caliber, especially since all of Anakin's padawn years were skipped. and maybe, just maybe, we'll FINALLY get to see the Jedi trials.

You seem to be mentioning the only 7 Jedi named in the movies and saying that they finally have a named female Jedi. However the series is EU so you should add the ones named in the EU as well. Which, when you put it that way... well, it's not as great.

...except that, to fans, who aren't all flaming nerds, the movies are their conception of star wars. (Not the endless pile of shit with little nuggats of goodness that is the EU).

This is a general relase film...ie it extends into normal people's perception of SW. (and frankly, more canon than EU imo)

This is a list for the Animated Clone Wars Series; not the Live Action Series, yes?

I'd like to see Boba and Tarkin in it.
Admiral Daal, too.

I don't like the Ashoka idea myself. It makes Anakin like a responsible person, which he still was not in ROTS. IMHO.

Anakin was always unstable, but he wasn't irresponsible. Ever think that his failures with Ashok amight have contributed to his fall?

Well that's pretty certain. I bet she gets killed by Robert Mugabe.

Which is even worse.

I think the Ashoka idea was a good one.

I'm just saying that it's a realy big thing to just throw in there after the fact.

The padawan thing, when I first heard it announced, sounded like a complete gimmick to me. 'Course, I'm waiting to see it til I make a firm judgement, but the revelation of a padawan so early on in its development and promotion seemed like a hook for casual fans and sw-t.i.t's alike, to pique interest in the series.
