which other flash? are you referencing savitar, bran? and i think the rule may have been amended in effect anyway, since there are several in here who are technically faster than jay but whom are being neutered to stay below light speed . . .

yeah, k. now i see what bran was saying. i have to agree. there was a specific 'no flash except jay rule' in effect. had i known bart was an option, i would most certainly have taken him over jay . . .

even with the neutering rule, i gotta say no way to bart. there are other speedsters still out there. 😬

Add my vote against Metron, and I know that hawkeye has specifically said that Firelord is banned. I asked him because I was thinking of using him and settled for Nova as my second choice.

Which Wonder Woman herself passes, so... kinda redundant to say they can't be faster than that.

And Makkari is still less powerful than Wonder Woman without the speed cap. This is simply for in-tourney fighting.
