Your post proves that Meggan on her own isn't above limits... and quite frankly, she'd be lucky to last a couple seconds against WW.
You know after giving it some thought I'm having some doubts about Nova being allowed in this thing. Don't get me wrong, I know he never really did anything too spectacular but when you get right down to it the guy's actually as powerful as Super Nova, he just limits his power because he's afraid of losing control.

Unless the creators put her in, or near a place of power, she's well below the limits here. That would be like someone arguing Storm being above the limits just because she's in the Trion dimension for a feat...
I know she'll be extremely powerful for this tourney, but I really doubt that's bannable.
It was already changed iirc to 8 votes per banning, but you still need two judges on board too, to make it official...
also, meggan alone isnt above the cap, exoduscloak is spot on. im sure smurph will do something with her that puts her above ww, as its what this tourney is all about, but alone, she's not on diana's level...
