*night ppl leaving.*

Denzral was exhausted. He used the Force and the life energy of those living beings around him to rectify that problem. He opened his eyes when he touched the ground gently. "Did it work?"

*Nite, nite everyone*

Jel-Kor looked down at the Jedi. He smiled.

"It did, my friend. The Terentateks are no more... but, there are still at least two more out there," He reminded. "And we need to find them..." He said. He turned around and saw the rest of the group walking towards them and the monsters' corpses. "The others are here."

ok the guy who is suppose to be my master has not been posting so i'm kinda stuck here... what should i do?.. should i pretend i never had a master and just jump back in as a jedi instead of a padaw.?))

He struggled to stand. He took hold of a out streatched hand.

*Yes, we can do that if you want*

*Which was Jel-Kor's*

The rest of the Jedi joined the masters and knights.

"Master!" Glenn shouted, running through the crowd.

"Glenn, you're fine. Good. Did you find any Terentateks?"

"No, master, we didn't. All we found were some stupid Katarns and beasts of the sort. We didn't even sense anything. What about you?"

Jel-Kor nodded. "Three. I guess we were luckier." He said, smiling faintly, in a sarcastic tone.

Glenn looked surprised. "Three?! And nobody was injured?!! I actually agree: you were lucky after all, master. How did you manage to---"

The master interrupted. "I'll tell you later, padawan, we have more pressing matters at hand. Hmm... if the monsters were not there, then the remaining ones are in this area of the forest. Now, listen everyone," He said, raising his deep voice so everyone could hear. "From now on, we will not, by any means, split up. We will hunt these monsters down together."

Reki stopped several meters away from Jel-Kor and the others, her gaze resting on the unsteady Denzral. "That sounds like a good plan to me.... Forgive me for my absence.... Looks like you boys had fun here." She grinned and nodded her head in Jel-kor's direction, asking for his forgiveness for her sudden disappearance.

Jel-Kor turned and nodded as a sign of forgiveness.

"We did. Fortunately for you, we are all going to have more... fun... today. Let's move out, people."

I'll type up a story for her absence later.))

Reki smiled and watched him go before quietly following behind. She was sad she missed out on everything, but hey there were still some left that she could get a whack at.

*Yes, I would like to read that*

lol pm me and help me come up with ideas will ya?))

*Will do*

Karkarvos, having distracted the beasts single-handedly with pesky tactics, blasting at them from a distance before the explosive canister was dropped into their midst. Before the Terentateks, burnt and annoyed, could rise to take their vengeance, Karkarvos rapidly moved in and swiftly thrust Coryn's lightsaber into their central nervous system. Brain-dead, the monsters were defeated.

"Extraordinary," Karkarvos says. "I have never fought Terentateks with the assistance of other Jedi. Excellent work, Master Denzral."

When someone mentions luck, however, Karkarvos shoots Jel-Kor and Glenn disapproving glances. "There is no such thing as luck!"

(No offense to anyone, but some of the feats that have been performed have been a tad... over-powered. Mind Tricks, while very handy, shouldn't completely erase instincts- no matter what you say, no-one will completely forget that a friend of theirs might be dead... and Kashyyyk forests are hardly jump-able... again, no offense.)

*Of course they are. However, in KOTOR, the game displays some higher places where beasts such as the Terentatek would not be able to reach. Those would sure come in handy in situations like this, since we're not restricted by gameplay mechanics and the sort. Although, I agree. They are indeed hardly jumpable... I admit we exaggerated feats a bit more than we should have. Won't happen again. And I agree, once again, with what you said about the mind tricks. People, let's try not to exaggerate feats and abilities THAT much, at least. You can exaggerate a bit, let's just not make the feat incredibly amazing 🙂*

Master Jel-Kor turned to Karkarvos and smiled.

"Of course there isn't. Forgive me if my intention was not clear, I used the word 'luck' in a sarcastic manner, never meant someone to believe I use it in a serious way, believing luck exists," He said, approaching Karkarvos. He placed a hand in his shoulder. "To me, there's no luck, Karkarvos. There never has been, and there will never be." He said, again with a faint smile in his face.

(It's not the 'jumping onto branches,' I meant that David just leaped from the Wookiee villages to the forest floor. 😛 )

"There is only the Force," Karkarvos says, "and the Force will guide us to these final two Terentateks. These, I feel, will require more than the display that Denzral performed. We must press deeper into the forests."

*I was referring to every exaggerated feat in general 😛 *

"Yes, indeed," He replied. "I also believe the remaining Terentateks will recquire more. However, I firmly believe that, together, we will be able to defeat the Terentateks, as well. Now, let's allow the Force to guide our path through the darkness.."

Karkarvos nods.

"So... what do you think happened with Coryn?" Karkarvos asks as they press into the Shadowlands. He places Coryn's lightsaber at his belt, alongside his own.

Jel-Kor let out a puzzled look.

"I honestly don't know... I don't like to be negative, but I do not think the poor Selkath has a chance of redemption... he is too lost. Too confused. Too enraged. It has always been difficult to understand him,"

(Guess that means I over-did it... sorry. But what I did has been done before in the NJO series somewhere... i'm almost positive... again sorry 🙁 )

((And Denzral too leaped most of the down, although he nearly died doing it, but he rode the journey on the gas tank, then jumped when it exploded. Sorry about shrinking the flames but to be honest I couldn't kill ya's!))

"Thank-you, Master Karkarvos. And complements on delivering the killing blow." He said as the Force informed him how the creatures died.

"Ah!" She handed Coryn a datapad: "Kill this man 'Jet Vargon' we will pay ¢100,000 up front. Then if you want further jobs or require your payment contcact this freuency if you have a comlink... do you?"
