I could agree that in his prime it'd be interesting to see.

Good enough for me. On with the discussion.

Harrison Ford would have been an excellent General Ross.

That I can definitely agree with.

Aye, that would be a good decision. I'm interested in what William Hurt does with it though, there are shades to that actor which only a couple of films in his entire have touched on. Should Ross have the neccesity to go bloody evil, Hurt would pull it off brilliantly.

William Hurt was really good in Mr Brookes 🙂

He's brilliant in A History of Violence too.

i've never seen it its one of those films I keep meaning to see, heard it was really good.

Good in Dark City and Syriana too, and although not many people like its odd mix, he is good in A.I which I have enjoyed.

Hurt is quite good.

I generally like Hurt, but his gangster character in that movie was atrocious.

re the trailer
they still havent nailed living cgi beings yet have they?
and after nearly 10 years since TPM i doubt they will

Nah, the sheer delivery of his lines was great: threatening, knowing and a tad chilling too. Of course,

Spoiler:
his death
didn't seem to take much effort on his brother's behalf, but all the same, his performance was thoroughly above par for that job and certainly he created a villain out of an underdeveloped character.

I figured I owe it to this thread to show this here. Okay, enough of my antics.

Bravo. You sir, are the new Orson Wells.

Edit: I think you found your niche, pseudo-mockumentaries.
