Nah, the sheer delivery of his lines was great: threatening, knowing and a tad chilling too. Of course,
Spoiler:didn't seem to take much effort on his brother's behalf, but all the same, his performance was thoroughly above par for that job and certainly he created a villain out of an underdeveloped character.
