Ya? And Red and Blue have a habit of using this speed? If Surfer needs to, Surfer will use combat speed, if he doesn't need to, then you won't see him using it. Either way, I don't see how this is relevant as he isn't going to have to resort to tactics such as that.
IMO Surfer takes down Red or Blue decisively. In raw power, and a notable, he could easily fudge up their circuitry to take them out. To be frank, Regular Supes would give him a harder time. Just because they have a lot of powers doesn't mean they could defeat the original "What's his powers? Everything!" guy.
P.S. Before it gets brought Red's best feat ever had him on his death bed in a couple pages (that's with the growing, so it's hardly a viable tactic). And wrestling Asmodel isn't the be-all end-all feat it's made out to be. The man had trouble taking down MM with a more powerful attack than simply locking up (by the way, where's Assy's actual physical combat feats?).

Well were still waiting cause to date I dont recall SS using combat speed all that well or even using it hence why I dont think the BP accident was as much PIS as people think.

They've moved so fast flash had trouble seeing them which says a lot.
That and Blue has moved faster than flash on another occasion.
Who needs combat speed when you can make physical attacks completely useless.

I agree, but in the event that it does go physical I dont know how some peeps can assume SS will use this"incredible" combat speed that I keep on hearing so much about.

BPvsSS is as much PIS as SPvsFL was. Even moreso since it was in friggin space, BP is not stronger than Spiderman and BP even told Surfer he knew he wasn't trying to kill him. That is the very definition of Plot Induced Stupidity. Seriously.
