No one in Marvel was ever able to defeat Jaspers,
well with the exception of his personal anti-Jaspers plot device (the Fury)
which was Moore's only answer to defeating this maniacal god.
Jaspers became the 616 reality (power of the infinite Multiverse, foundation of Marvel)
Time/Space and all so ... we know the conceptual hierarchy is nothing to him.
And that's a minute feat,
in comparison with what his weaker counter-part (Jaspers 238) did,
which was,
actually thwarting Omniversal Matrix/Merlyn's power when he tried stopping J's warp.
..................................................................................
Also,
Cobweb is psychically connected to her Past and Future selves,
she tapped into one of her possible Future-selves:
These are NOT cheesy visions of some future,
Cobweb literally connects to her counter-parts residing in even possible Futures,
so what Cobweb saw,
would DEFINITELY have happened.
Anyway, guess what she witnessed,
had Jaspers not been stopped by his personal anti-JJ plot device. (the Fury)
..................................................................................
That above is Jaspers canceling the entire Omniverse,
just like Omniversal Matrix/Merlyn predicted would happen if he wasn't stopped:
..................................................................................
I have no say on who wins this, can't be proven one way or another,
but I just wanted to present some perspective for the Jaspers side.
In addition,
Lucifer shaping a Universe or Multiverse (whatever) means nothing,
even if Lucifer had shaped all of creation it would still mean nothing in this battle,
because Merlyn DID manipulate the entire space/time continuum of the Omniverse,
and that capability (level of influence over reality) meant less than nothing to 238 Jaspers,
so imagine 616 Jaspers.
Just sayin,
Luc shaping whatever he shaped is not reason enough to say he wins,
and there's no reason to believe his in-famous head tricks would work on Jaspers,
no reason whatsoever.
One more thing,
according to the Michael respect thread, which was beautifully made,
Michael is above Lucifer,
and there were indeed stipulations as to how/why Luc was able to kill Michael.

Lucifer was mind controlled. The fact that it happened on the Yggdrasil tree didn't really empower Lucifer in any way. They have both been stated to be second to no-one but Yahweh.
