Steph nodded and gently placed Koal in his arms, moving his arms so he was holding her right. Koal smile and reached up at him, cooing and laughing softly. "See? She knows her daddy. I made sure of that while I had the mental connection with her."

Benjii smiled and kissed Koal "she's as beautiful as her mother..." he looked at Koal again and seen Kiki's face. he shook his head and smiled...faintly

Tammi walked down from the hospital rooms and looked over at Jason. "Hey! What do you think you're doing! Wake up!"

Steph smiled and took Koal's little hand in hers. "She has the shade of hair I had when I was human."

Kiki laughed and glanced up. "She also has my eyes, Benjii's second side, and your stubborn attitude." Kiki sighed and rested her head back between her knees. "This child should not have been born."

jason woke suddenly and gathered his thoughts. he turned his head to tammi and sighed. "i'm going home to sleep this broken nose off." he got up slowly and began moving towards the exit. leaving his bag behind.

Tammi watched him walk out. "Hey! Jason! Hey!"

Kiki winced at the strong flavor. "What was that?... Oh I dont know even if I'll be back, but when would you like me to change you?"

Benjii looked over at Kiki and growled. he looked back at Steph and smiled "she's beautiful...even for one that has a hybrid in her. she will be alot less worse than i but still..." he sighed and stood up slowly and played with his duaghter's hair

jason sighed.

i don't know, surprise me, ambush me sometime or something. that way i won't be as tense and expecting." he turned over in his bed and swallowed the bacon strip.

Kiki laughed and shook her head. 'Hun.. I wont do it unless you come to me. Just let me know when you are ready.' She growled and looked up at him. "Dont you dare look at me like that or I'll leave and you two can find your way home on your own."

Steph sighed and handed Benjii the sheet of paper the man had given her. "Here... He wanted me to give you this." She wiped tears from her eyes. "I never got to thank him Benjii... He died saving me and the baby."

Benjii thought to Kiki 'i'll talk to you later..for now. try to be nice' he looked at Steph and took the sheet of paper. "what am i supoosed to do with it? and i don't feel anything for him. if he died he died...thats how i feel. right now i'm just happy that i have my fiancee' and my daughter in my arms." he felt Infernus want to come out and greet his daughter but Benjii fought back

She looked at him coldly and took back Koal. "It's Lich's geaneoligy. Fomr his birth to Koal's... He was right... You're lucky so many people care for you. Lich gave his life so you could live happily... And if you're to blind to see that..." Steph bowed her head and turned to walk away. "Then I dont want anything to do with you." She started to walk off, but something caught her eye. She bent and picked it up. It was the pocket watch. She gasped and held it to her chest.

Kiki frowned and looked up at Benjii. "You are a very cold man... I dont blaime you... But even I am greatful to Lich." She stood and scratched her head. "We ready to go yet?"

Benjii scoffed and ignored the two women and walked away mumbling to himself, his anger rising each time he or they mentioned Lich "that bastard ruined my life...hes dead and he's still ruining it." he was far off from the two and kept walking, Infernus gaining more control every passing minute

Kiki growled."Benjii! You get your ass back here right now! I'm not coming to look for you when Steph is ready to go!" Steph ignored him and gave the locket to Koal. "Here my child... Remember the men who saved us."

Benjii turned around and growled, it was Infernus. he laughed wickedly and smiled at both women "now, why would you leave me here? thats not very nice to do. all i want to do is see my daughter..." he walked over to where they stood and his smile got wider

Steph gasped and jumped to her feet, stumbling back away from him. Kiki growled and stepped in front of Steph. "Back off pal... Leave her alone, leave both of them alone." Steph shook her head and held Koal close to her. "Infernus...."

Infernus laughed again "she is also my child if you haven't forgotten. i am a part of her and you two know its true. now let me hold her" he stepped closer, his hand twicthing in anticipation of an attack from Kiki

Kiki growled and stood her ground, steph spoke softly to her. "Kiki dont let him near Koal.. Please dont let him touch her." Kiki nodded and glanced back at steph. "I'll do my best."

Infernus stepped in front of Kiki and smiled "what are you going to do to me? we already know whos going to win this fight." he laughed and placed a clawed hand on her shoulder. he squeezed, digging his claws into her shoulder, blood running freely from the wounds

jason fell out of his bed, bored out of his mind. "well that's a problem. i have no idea where you are. and even if i did chances are you'd be gone by the time i got there." he stood and walked into the kitchen to heat up some pizza.

Steph's eyes widened. "Stop! Stop it! Dont hurt her please. I'll let you see Koal if you promise not to hurt anyone." Kiki winced and glanced over her shoulder. "Steph dont!"

Kiki thought back to Jason. "I'll blood you as soon as I return."

Infernus smiled and put his face next to Kiki's "you should listen to her...i mean, i can always bite you again." he licked her nack and laughed wickedly, his fingers pushing deeper into her shoulder
