Living in the past.....

Lets say you were foeced to travel back in time and live the rest of your life there, lets say 1700 A.D......what ONE modern luxury/invention would you take with you? It can be anything from your cell phone to the internet.

Nothing electronic, as I would only be able to use it a short time before the batteries ran out.

I guess I would take a car, you can all thank me later. By the time you are all born the automobile would have been perfected hundreds of years ago. Now you all have floating cars and the rest of Earth technology matches that of the car since they had spare time to invent new things rather than vehicles.
