Cyclops vs. Batman

i'm pretty sure he was going for batman....flash was pretty much a nonfactor throughout the fight...until the end...

You might be right, but it's really hard to tell. That scene is rampant w/bad storytelling on the artist's part. I still don't know how Cyclops managed to shoot him.

the only way I figure is another hero helped him out of there.....i guess it's possible that cyclops coulda banked a shot off of something else being a master at trajectories and geometry....but it doesn't seem likely.......i guess we'll never know..

If cyclops banked a shot off of something, it should had hit batman in the back not infront of his chest. Most likely scenario another superhero interupted and turned the tide to Cyclops favor.

batman vs. carnage was pretty well written imo

🙂 I'm not surprised. Actually it wasn't all that bad. I just hate when people use that as evidence for Bats and against Carnage. It was more like Batman & Jokers bomb threat Vs. Carnage.

Don't tell me that Bats beat Carnage inhand 2 hand combat, ill cry.

see the thing is...I really don't understand how spiderman's victories over carnage are any more legitimate....what do you think is more pressing....knowing someone has a bomb....or a big hunking sybiotic daddy pounding you on the back of the head......spiderman beats carnage with a combination of help/venom/firstar/etc and sonics/noise/fire/whatever........ that's a whole lot more than what batman had to work with...

I think Spidey's taken him by himself before. I'll look through my brother's books. Let's take this back to the right thread though.

Has anyone seen the comic where Spidey beat a Silver Surfer fused with Carnage, I think Siver was fighting amongst the Symbiote on the outside but Spidey beat it off of him, incredible feat but i cant remember how it goes, Anyway in the new comics of Spiderman (vs Carnage he manages to defeat him) Go pick it up it is the one with the yonger spidey.

Did Spidey need someone to make a bomb threat to beat Carnage?
