Cyclops would own bats.
If he got unheroic and removed his visor, bye bye bats.
I've say it before and I'll say it again, bats is powerful but overrated. He hardly gets hit anymore. Not to say that he couldn't beat cyclops but It is very unlikely. They're both strategists. Bats is obviously better.
Cyclops is underrated enough and has the instant most damaging move in the X-Men, remove that visor, he levels cities. And both are excellent hand to hand fighters. But Cyke's a little too powerful.

I am not saying he's freaking awesome or such, but I always liked him : a good, capable leader who thinks fast and acts fast, and is a true sharpshooter with that optic beam of his.
Yeah cyclops is the Cap of the X-men and though Cap is superior it's not by leaps and bounds.... And the unrestrained beam is extremely powerful...Batman couldn't evade the beam consistently from a distance and Cyclops is trained enough to prevent him from closing distance in the open. In a structure Batman would surprise Cyclops with a mastery of stealth and superior tactics & weapons. 🥷
Like I said. Its super sad that guys like Bats, Punisher, and Wolvie are overrated because of their badass additude, but really powerful characters like Cyclops are underrated because they have an honor code. Hell, Spidey has an honor code and would easily put a fight up with the "bad boys".
I almost fell out of my seat when my whole class agreed that Cyke could beat Wolverine, after hearing someone else say Wolvie could beat Professor X and Magneto at the same time.
