Thor losing to Superman is the worst writing possible.
Thor is equally as fast, approximately as strong, (anyone who thinks he can only lift 100 tons max has never picked up a Thor comic,) and he's more powerful. Thor is a thousand times the fighter that Superman is, and he has divine magic at his disposal, Supe's number 2 weakness.
There is no way in hell Superman should win.
BTW, Juggernaut resists magic. That's one reason he beat Thor.

Isn't the strength in JLA J'onn, Kal, and then Diana?
I always assumed that they were pretty close equals.
AS for the fight I think Thor can take Supes out but only cause he weilds his hammer, and its magical. Without it the fight could go either way depending on anything. Thor could be having a bad day, and don't wanna be messed with, Supes could need to go through Thor to get somewhere cause he needs to be, and Thor just wants to prove his strength.
It all just depends on what was going on or anything if one had the advantage but just a normal day I'd say that maybe they knock each other out in a hth fight.
