Lightning moves at about 1/2 the speed of light. Superman has been clocked flying at more than 6X that speed (in deep space.)
I don't doubt that he could dodge some of the lightning.

I would say so. If Superman was as exposed as a normal human, one shot from mjolnir would kill him. He hasn't been killed by a magic-based physical attack yet, so he can likely hold for some time - solar reserves in his cells, perhaps, coming to compensate. Enough atttacks could exhaust his reserves though - remember what happened the first time against Doomsday.

Superman is strong, fast, has heat vision, super breath, and he can fly without any help. Saying that he has no chance against Thor is being extremely naive. He has a good chance of beating Thor, and that's the simple truth.
Say, what if (Odin forbid,) Thor drops Mjolnir?

He's pretty damn fast while doing both.
Keep in mind, I'm not saying that Thor wouldn't win most of these fights. Most writers (even Superman's very own,) say that Thor would triumph in a battle between the two. I agree. Just not 10/10. Supeman's too much of a contender.

True True but Supes is quite often written pretty well.. but Thor not so much....Why is everyone saying Supes is stronger show me a feat that Supes has done by himself that amounts to lifting the midguard serpent which ways as much as a planet.....ok so what he moved a planet with extra help and extra power......Just because you grew up thinkin he was the strongest doesnt mean anythin sit back and actually think about it show us some feats that Supes has done that is up there with lifting planets and breaking admantium or putting a dent in capts sheild show.....

Thor is not faster or stronger than Superman. Via Mjolnir, he is more powerful, and more versatile.
But don't underestimate Superman. He has shown that even in the most desperate situations, he can pull out a win.
