IMO, Superman's raw speed would trump out Thor's raw power. Also, Superman's more exotic powers such as T-Vo could be put to great effect on Thor. He already used them on Dominus, a being that is damn near skyfather level. Superman is also stronger, so Thor is really going to feal his punches. Superman is more durable, however it is more than made up for with Thor's magical advantage. However, Superman's reaction speeds are much greater than Thor's, and then you combine that with Superman's attack speed, and it sucks to be Thor. We've seen how Thor handles a speedblitz *coughMONGOOSEcough*, so with Superman it would be that much worse. Although, Thor would definitely get his fair share of licks in there as well. So, all in all I feel that Superman wins this one 5.5-6/10.

I think one way would be for Superman to scan Thor's biology and simply use pressure points against him. Simple, yet effective.
