Thor is NOT as fast as superman but i dont think that matters too much.
Superman creating sonic booms in a melee only proves he throws punches at supersonic speeds nothin more . Thor swings his hamer at light speed but it means nothing more thn dat l. I do believe that superman can fight at high speeds but nowhere near the light speed plus a lot of peole assume. Him fighting wonder woman to the sun and back in two minutes cannot be used to assume such. the fact that they were continuosly moving forward in that fight( hence the reason they got to the sun and back) shows that the fight displays more flight speed than anything else.

Well, the way you phrased it makes it seem like it was all talk. But he was engaging Surfer and Warlock simultaneously. I'm not so concerned if he's literally as fast as lightning, but it clearly shows he can react at speeds fast enough to combat those foes.People also underestimate his lightning, which is clearly lightspeed, and which has also been shown to be > normal lightning:

Blurred Surfer = fairly fast. And the bit I mentioned about his flight speed:

So meh. Is Kal faster? Sure. I'm not arguing that point. But will it make a big difference in this fight? Not really.

Yep, just act as if the rest of the post isn't there. 👆
but that's the speed of Mjolnir traveling in a trajectory
Kinda like if I ride a superbike, I can go straight line over 150 mph, but no way does that mean I could fight at that speed
