Thor could fly around Superman at the speed of light, and Superman would never land a punch.

He can travel but he can't fight that fast. Heat Vision will melt him, he will get speed biltz, and he he's going to lose the hammer some time during the fight. God Blast takes to long, and lightning bolts isn't going to be enough to save Thors life.
