Any guys with that level of super speed ( marvel, Supes, flash and WW ) if unsing theyr full speed they would create sonic booms and craters where they passed. So its alot of destruction.
Either a writer ignores it or simply states they arent using theyr top speeds. Or that theyr speed is atually lower.
