I dont think there is any documentation of how fast Nefaria is exactly, so i cant say he is faster than SM. I would still say he is stronger based on his encounters with the Avengers and Thor. Gladiator is a whole different subject...the first time he fought the FF he survived an explosion that would have destroyed half Earth's star system without even scorching his cape. His second time in FF he increased his hyperspeed to hundreds of times the speed of light in a fight against Thor. He has also destroyed planets with a few punches. He is generally more impressive than either Thor or Superman.

The destroying the plannet thing is only real example of Gladiator showing strength beyond Thor and superman. I kinda of see it as a one off Exrtreme power displlay as he has never since illustrated that he can match it.
In the durability department you might be right although Hulk has shown he can tear Glads apart. Although Hulk is mega strong there is no way he can replicate the power of a solar sytem destroying explosion. The Whole world would have been destroyed several times over by now if that was the case.
I have recently required an image of Glads flying through a star which does suggets that his durability is on the same level as Supes if not greater.
Speed wise he is superior but Nefaria isn't.
No Thor hasnt beaten him. People always bring up Eric Masterson beating Gladiator by manipulating Living Lightning. Thor's speed was increased by Reed Richards to hundreds of times the speed of light and Gladiator was able to percieve him and the FF and eventually increase his own speed to match theirs under his own power.

I still see Glads a less impressive verion of Superman (except in the speed department) so if he can beat Thor on a regular basis Thor really has little ground to stand on
Hmmm...FF#339 is the only Thor Gladiator fight i have in my possession...I think i may have seen scans of another fight of there posted on here...But idk which issue that was, or the outcome. It just showed Gladiator punching Thor through some walls then running superfast behind him and punching him again.

Cyborg didnt see anyone as a threat for him to even bother with that type of speed. He took over steels suit, supes was nearly powerless, Superboy was too weak, and he knew his tech was superior to that version of eradicator.

glads has fought thor twice and been left ko'd BOTH times, as in he has NEVER beaten thor. masterson DID ko him (and thor would simply have used his OWN lightning) and regular beat his a$$ in thor #35. the scans are on this thread somewhere a large # of pages back. hulk also beat glads to a pulp in an annual a couple years back. glads has never been shown to be definitively stronger than thor. a fact kg hates . . .

Gladiator fought Wonder Man kicked his ass first, and note that attack from behind on gladiator (masterson is a pussy)? And he also kicked Masterson ass with his speed ( did you not see leo) , he was lying on the ground like a ***** , nearly dead.
Then he surprise attacks Galadiator who is just standing there ( why don’t even ask ) , if glad wasn't cocky he would have ripped masterson into peace.
