perhaps you failed to read my post. It isnt hate, it was sarcasm, if he thinks its hate, it isnt. Hate is a jaded emotion, an emotion that has no room for reason. Not caring enough to have reason, and stating frivolous thoughts in unexplored emotion are different. you can honestly say that you have never felt hate for a fictional character? Even though, it is a different type of hate than i believe you are referring to, it should not matter. as long as one has reason behind their hate. It still should not matter in the slightest. It is a fictional character, i gave you an example on why one might hate santa clause where millions of others adore him, but i suppose you failed to comprehend that huh. Just because i hate batman for no good reason, does not mean i am going to be more inclined to hate a real living breathing person for no good reason. See, i can distinguish real life from fantasy. I know that in "the real world" People have thoughts and feelings, and in the "fantasy word" a character only does what will keep the audience interested and in the case of superman, he only does what makes money. Maybe, hypothetically, someone could hate superman for everything that the tired and uninspired mainstream comic line represents...,redundancy and poor story and character development. But, i guess in the world of the politically correct we all think the same and do not have original thoughts huh?
The only sarcasm was the whole "no reason" thing by Neo and that wasn't much of an issue. And I don't recall hating any kind of character. I may not like characters for what they do but that doesn't mean I hate them for any reason. Yes, it should matter if you had a good reason otherwise, it wouldn't make any sense and would only make you look weird, especially when it doesn't seem like the character should be hated. Superman is a great example, he's a cultural icon and has inspired many series. He's the main face of comic book superheroes and there's no telling what would happen to the comic industry if it wasn't for a character like him and even today, people enjoy him. When you got all of this on a character, then you got one question: why the heck would people want to see him dead so bad? Obviously, for no good reason, as far as I can tell. This is what you should look at about Santa Claus. I hardly ever hear people say they hate him because he gets shoved down their throats. Sure, adults don't care for him and alot of people have outgrown him but it's not like little kids don't enjoy him (which is also what you need to keep in mind) so why would YOU have a problem with him, I have no idea. Also, you're talking about me not reading your post, you must not be reading mine. If you can distinguish real world from fantasy, then you should obviously see how ridiculous it is to hate on a fictional character.

and if you had any type of comprehension you would not have repeated what i said and claim it as a point of your own. I said the mortal kombat vs dc game was most likely, no way in hell, going to have fatalities showing us barraka or any other Mk fighter tearing a DC hero apart in a violent death scene. It is a copout. The only thing MK had going for it was their integrity to keep the franchise gory and brutal. Of course midway is doing this just because people want to see subzero kill batman, and wonder woman kill sonya...WHY the fuk else would they do it? Not including the one aspect that has been apart of every single game, and the one aspect that is EXPECTED from the franchise is a sellout though.
You keep making two different points and I only addressed one of them. First you said this:

And damn, dont try and feed me some bullshit that midway didnt sell their souls just so they could tease mother fukers with the idea of being able to kill superman with scorpion. That is the sole reason...,because its cool.
Then right after that, you said this:

I'm sure it wont be as cool due to midway compromising their brutal integrity just to get a license.
So you think Midway is allowing fans to kill Superman because it's cool, yet at the same time, you DON'T think it's gonna be as cool because it's rated T? Make up your mind. Also, people really want to just kill Superman in a fatality way (rip his head off, rip his body in half) and you know for a fact that this game doesn't have that so I don't see how this helps your point. And again, Midway did NOT make this game just so MK characters can kill the DC characters. It's just an idea of a crossover, that's it.
