And just wanting to see what it looks like to have subzero rip off santa clauses head does not make you a mass murder. It is a video game, i do not see why wanting to see scorpion murder superman is hatred. Why else would midway be doing this integration? It is a complete off the wall idea, one that many people often debate and fantasize about amongst friends. you are seeing something new. When lobo went to heaven and murdered angels, when writers make parody comics depicting santa clause going nuts on a murderous rampage, the writers are expressing hatred? It is seeing something that you would never see before. It is one of the basic formula's of humor...,mashing two mediums or scenario's together in a humorous manner that are at the opposite ends of the spectrum.
Of course using a character to kill Santa Claus doesn't make you a mass murderer (and I never said it did). I'm just saying that the reason for doing so is specifically to kill him. And it's pretty obvious Midway didn't make the game just so people can kill Superman so they got nothing to do with it. Also thats the thing, DC has Lobo killing angels, so what? DC never showed their anger toward angels or anything religious and they sure didn't use that as a reason for writing that. That's different from saying stuff like "cool, I get finally kill this character because I don't like him/her because they suck and blah blah blah". DC didn't do it because they were annoyed or any reason whatsoever And in FPS, if you do kill people, it's not out of hatred or because they suck. People don't say things like "man, I've been wanting shoot people for the longest, those people suck." So that's still different.

these are fictitious characters. Their existence are there to offer entertainment and inspire emotion. People dont hate just to hate. If you hate one of these particular characters. There is a reason for it. I also think we are using the word hate to liberally. in these instances i believe the emotion expressed is more closely related to annoyance or dislike.
Well so far, I don't see a good reason for people to hate him, let alone so much that they want to see him get killed. I mean heck, noobs went crazy when they heard about the Supeman/Doomsday movie ("cool, Superman gets killed by a Hulk-like figure, awesome"😉 So really, I can't see it no other way.

Nope, not at all. If there's any reason I would be satisfied of beating a character is because I get them back for beating me prior to that (which usually means they're pretty challenging).Even IF you don't have any hatred towards Superman, it's still a very unusual reason to enjoy killing him. I mean "I want to kill him because he's a stupid character". Sorry that's still not good enough. Your own dislike for the character still plays in the reason why you want to kill him and to be honest, that still sounds like hatred to me.

We're really not getting anywhere here. Bottom line, I hate the superman character because he's a stupid, overhyped, fruitcake. And wanting to kill a fictional being is not in the least bit weird, he's after all fictional.
Yes, he's a fictional character, therefore, wanting to kill him just simply because you don't like him and insulting him is pointless.

😎 One of the several reasons why Johnny Cage is cool is because he wears those shades. It's the main reason why he knocked Goro off that mountain in the first Mortal Kombat movie.*Waits for someone to state the obvious by saying that the movie is noncanon*
If its ghost rider, he's cool. If its the dude, I cant say I care about him either way.
