Black Panther isn't superhuman. And race isn't a factor, I'm a black American, and I'll be first to say right now, that just because you are a certain race, doesn't give you advantage. It all depends on the individual.

Factor =/= advantage

Well, their costumes aren't weapons, and thus allowed. In that case, Black Panther should take this.

Besides, he's essentially Captain America with a deep tan. And I'd give Cap the fight against Bats, too.

So BP=Cap, and that is the base of your argument? ABC logic huh... Well Batman is very capable of defeating Cap or BP. I don't understand why Batman's skills are so underrated when up against other high level MAs from Marvel. Batman has something that BP doesn't have. And that is an indomitable willpower to accomplish whatever he sets his mind to. This is apart of his CIS. And I've already proven that Bats will take BP for the majority here. Your opinion may be different but the scans prove otherwise.
