Black Panther would take the slight majority here, 5.5 maybe 6 out of 10. Batman is more skilled, but Panther is physically superior across the board which should be more than enough to over compensate for the slight skill discrepancy.

Seriously? Batman is the best hand to hand fighter in comics with no amps or powers or special abilities like Task Master. No one can beat him hand to hand without some sort of augmentation.

Also, doesn't the OP stipulate no weapons? Shouldn't T'Challa have to fight without his suit? I don't know how that cannot be considered a (defensive) weapon. If that's the case and Bruce ditches his suit as well, i see Batman winning this at a 8-9/10 ratio.

I don't T'challa has enough feats to support being Bruce's physical superior, but that's alright, no peak human does. Enhanced or Trained.

Oh, Batman can hang and compete, that's not in question. But people saying he's the best is far from the truth and quite naive.
