I doubt the studios will wait 3-4 years for him to get out to do Black Panther, he's already 45 as is.

That isn't what I said, now is it. There are actors who work past 48, but I doubt there are many 48+ actors who would get the role of a superhero who's supposed to be a good 15 years younger. Still, makeup and staying in shape goes a long way, so we may still see Snipes-T'Challa.
