Firelord silver surfer whipped his ass. Nah. You and Cosmic Cube has used the Doomsday defeated the GL Corp. scenario and believe that all Green Lanterns are the same. So I believe that all the heralds are equal in power. Spider-Man defeated Firelord. Firelord is equal to Surfer. Spider-Man is greater than Surfer.
I don't believe Spider-man beating Firelord should ever be used in one of these arguments sinse that is when a character performed a feat that his powers and skills should have been blatantly insufficient for, and is an example of writing which goes against the firmly set characters of Spider-man and Firelord. Spider-man defeated Firelord by punching him which is something that just wouldn't happen in normal circumstances. I don't know how that writer got away with that.
It's an example of bad writing and Spider-man has never done that sinse. Just my opinion.
This is probably the toughest fight to call. It could go either way really. But I'd have to give Surfer the win here. Because Hal has to have the ring while Surfer is always Surfer.

Few seconds? Well if he is knock out; than Thor could have just smashed his head into 100 million pieces (still Thor wins)
Batman says Hal is out which mean Thor kicked his ass.  and the sad thing Hal was trying to trap Thor 

SS has moved beyond light speed (without using his energy) and that’s all he needs for a win. There are many ways.
Speed blitz, cosmic blast, Absorbs his energy etc too many ways.
