Disagree.

That's an entire paragraph you quoted, which part do you not agree with?

I'm guessing it's the "I've never met a healthy vegetarian" part? If so, it's true. Sure there are plenty of vegetarians who are in tip-top shape, but at what cost? They have to aquire their protien from unnatural ways and as they grow older, the problems start.

I had vegan lasagna a week ago. NO.....BAD STUFF....I need meat, I agree that the human body needs meat.

There are ways to nourish the human body without the intake of meat, however that's asa unhealthy as taking illegal drugs, one's metabolism can be hurt.

When a vegetarian turns 87, we'll see how healthy they are.

well, I guess if you balance it out....I dunno. I just cant imagine no red meat at all.

Maybe eat vegan all week, then treat yourself saturday?

Tofu is alright, but soy is what I can stand.

the few Vegan dishes I have had have little if any taste.

That's the point...

funny how a good plate of Lo Mein noodles tastes good though......

Try talking to someone abot religion, that'll start the conversion process on you.

Not really true... can't speak for you personally but this isn't a universal truth.

But it's been applied so many damn times that it pisses me off. There've been a few people who can freely speak about their religion in kind manner and there a just some that damn, they just see you as a different person the minute you don't agree with their views.

well, if part of their religion is preaching the gospel, you still get mad at them?

yeah..I forgot about that part...damn

You can choose to blow them off, but get mad at them? For doing what they think is right? For having your best interests in mind?

Of course not, that's an understanding, I meant it among friends, co-workers, relatives. People who don't have that responsibility.

A christian is supposed to preach the gospel to everyone, stranger and friend alike. Did I ever try to convert you?

No, and I never said you have. My reason of posting this thread was because of several times where a few christian people I know, a catholic girl, a satanist I know were hangin' out. Not at the same time mind you, but at different points in time, and they give me shit for being atheist.

give them shit about being what they are.

I put them in their place, but regardless, it's annoying.
