That's an entire paragraph you quoted, which part do you not agree with?I'm guessing it's the "I've never met a healthy vegetarian" part? If so, it's true. Sure there are plenty of vegetarians who are in tip-top shape, but at what cost? They have to aquire their protien from unnatural ways and as they grow older, the problems start.

Yeah, I know it does, but I still stand where I said I stand. I've never personally met a healthy vegetarian. I'm not saying THEY DON'T EXIST!!!! because they do, but it sorta pains me to see them have colon troubles, resort to protien mix and all that.

My friend Tanya was told she needs to have chicken or steak for something that her metabolism needs, she refuses to eat it, says she'll gain weight, we're quite worried about her, and she's the healthiest vegen I know.
