I don't know...Galactus gathered all the infinity gems pretty effortlessly compared to how long it took the mad titan. Yes good point Galactus and his efforst only further powered the Hunger up. Thanos had to deal with it. Thanos also had to come to his aid when the Fallen One came calling after he was weakened. I am not saying Galactus isnt intelligent or that he doesnt have highly sophisticated tech but Thanos makes his own stuff and has cloned freakin Galactus.

Have you ever heard about the nice little thing called PIS??? Also he didn't appear unbeatable even with all his prep against Galactus when Galactus wanted to unknowingly relise hunger.

Yep they did but that doesn't change the fact that in the beginning it was falling back from Galactus assaults. Thanos had a backup plan all along in case it didn't go as planned, however until Hunger was realised all was going according to Galactus own plan. What are you talking about Thanos didn't help Galactus in any way against the Fallen One Galactus defeated it effortlessly and sent it back to Thanos. Then stop claiming that Thanos is more intelligent which isn't the case, more sceming yes sure, but more intelligent now way. Galactus makes his own stuff too so what is your point?

Manipulation yes, Intelligence no he doesn't have Galactus badly beaten here.

If Galactus had wanted to he could with a blink of the eye have summoned the UN and won yet that would take a bit away from the whole comic wouldn't you think? Anyone with the IG ore the HOTU would defeat Galactus that isn't proof of anything. He didn't have anything Tenebrous and Aegis defeated and delivered Galactus to Thanos, yet they defeated him by there own free will because they wanted revenge Thanos had nothing to say in the matter.

So of course Thanos needs powerups as Galactus is much more powerful than he. But when he puts his mind to it he has become a lot more powerful than the Big G. 🙂

The Point is that when Galactus wanted to assemble the Infinity Gems and create a vortex of limitless energy for him to feed from there was no one stopping him. Good thing that Galactus have never seen Thanos as a threat because then he would have been dead a long time ago, that was pretty evident when he confronted Galactus in the hunger incident.

Yes it is a pretty good job to beg two Proimael gods that was going to attack Galactus to turn him over if they won, and then use Galactus own energy to keep him trapped.

In a comic world maybe if the Writer was a retard in vs battle never. Yes Thanos easily defeated Galactus with the gems, just like Nebula and Adam, point is that anyone with the IG could defeat Galactus. And Thanos isn't regarded as a threat to Galactus which is the only reason he is still breathing. Let me see yes I do and you know why I know this?

Because another Blast would have killed Thanos, just like Galactus was close to kill Thanos on the Astral Plan.

Also You think that Thanos can kill a guy that can disassemble the UN with a thought, and that can built a machine that can seperate the Phoenix Force and Rachel... sounds just as laugable to me.

Yes it is and it was a good thing for Thanos that Tenebrous and Aegis was around to do all the hard work for him 🙂

Galactus didn't wanted to be bothered, that's why he grabed Fallen One and gave him to Thanos, Galactus was feeding but that doesn't mean Galactus wouldn't have smoke him.

Hmm yeah that's true. But you can't ignore the flip side, and the flip side is that if G wanted thanos dead he would have been dead long ago, way earlier than when thanos got the cosmic cube, the IG, or the HOTI. Thanos didn't get the cosmic cube right away...if G wanted to he could have ended the titan right there back in 1978.

So basically, if you're talking about who can kill who first....Thanos is dead before he even learns of a cosmic cube.
