Can hulk take away DD speed and throw him into the speed force? Damn imagine hulk going at speed level and punching DD in the face like IMP + gamma muscle !!!! I would say that hurt quite a bit.

Only if you ignore everything DD has done and just focus on Hulk and taking his feats out of proportion, then you may be on to something. But if you know what the hell your talking about DD beats Hulk.
