given that ALL Hulk's physical stats are dynamic and a factor of whatever level of power he's outputting at the time, I doubt even speed would be in DD's favour for too long.

anyway, one Onslaught-armour busting punch and DD's off visiting the far side of the solar system.

Hulk could also just counter speed with powerful range attacks such as energy projection on world-breaking levels!.
