BRB can go toe to toe against Stardust not holding back. Heralds travel galaxies for living, they have more than a light year a second speed. He has speed to hold there. He won't ko her with magic, but that will make up for Diana's superior defenses.
As I see it BRB is stronger (with the hammer, he really one-shots planets), she is more skilled and she wins it in the end.
