that said, i'm still not sure. bill is herald level, and no way FS is so powerful that he takes out bill that easily. i'd need to see some hard proof of FS taking out another herald-level being, before i'd concede he takes bill out for a majority--and even then i might ask to see him do it against someone possessing bill's level of magic.
this is pretty much a toss up, imo.

gonna call NONE of those convincing, FG. i have no idea who the chick in the first scans are, and have no idea why she would be considered a herald leveller. orion appeared already worked over and a containment block of titanium won't hold bill at all. lashina he didn't even beat, nor is her powers on the level of a great GL. and thor he put in an energy sphere that he would simply absorb a moment later.
i saw no evidence at all that he could manipulate the body of a true herald level being, and no chance he could affect bill's hammer anymore than he could impact a GL ring directly. perhaps he could transmute bill, but without proof i'm not buying it. i also don't think he could transmute morg, though bill is the most powerful of these 4, imo.
it's very close, and the dc team could certainly win a few, but i would give team marvel a very slight advantage in this match.

Team one decisively.
Firestorm is exceedingly vulnerable to the people on team 1. They both have weapons with sharp edges.
One a hammer with a sharp back end, and the other a double sided axe.
Plus, both are more combat oriented than FS.
And WW isn't taking either for a clearcut majority.
And Superman never oneshot a planet Fannie Mae. Sunamped or otherwise.
Stop attributing feats where there are none.
He's said it, but characters say many things. We don't take it as gospel until done on panel.

Well this depends on who takes out who first. If morg can hold off FS until bill is done with diana then team 1 win but if Diana can manage to hold off Bill long enough for FS to beat morg then team 2 wins. However if bil fights firestorm and Morg fights diana then team 1 all day.

the one time i saw bill blow a planet apart though, he DID put pretty much everything into it--AND he was uber po'd. even thor doesn't half-a$$ it when a planet needs blowing up.
anyway, the reason i say FS could be a problem is because of his intangibility. he certainly could keep either morg or bill busy, i just think that without the ability to manipulate them directly, he couldn't put them down and they would take him out eventually. so i think team 2 COULD win, but i like the marvel duo better. it's a good match-up though.
