Cap has almost no feats then. All of his years of feats in Marvel are irrelevant because you deem it so. He can't dodge bullets from his first couple years introduced in Marvel. He can only beat up like... two Nazi's at a time. And rocket shells hitting his shield; boy do his arms get shattered!
