Point is, watching something doesn't necessarily mean that you are going to commit said act.
Yet watching the molestation of the Child for anything other than legitimate study is criminal.

Pedophilia isn't wrong because of "this" and "that" or because it makes you do those things. It's wrong because it's CHILD PORN. It's sick and wrong. There's no need for any argument or explanation...it shouldn't take an Einstein to tell you that much. The problem is not that pedophiles are some kind of persecuted minority. The problem is that there are people who somehow became dumb enough to think they are. Just because some group of people like pedophiles/furries/etc is not "white males" does not magically mean that they're "persecuted" or "oppressed".

Well I know for a fact that pedophiles are ostracized, victimized and can even be arrested for their sexual feelings. So you must believe that pedophiles are not in the minority.

i do have moral problems with people getting off on videos of children being forced or explited or people being raped etc. on the other hand, i do not think simply WATCHING it can be or shud be made illegal. buying it on the other hand, or making it or distributing it{anything which fuels the industry or actually commits those actions} shud be banned. ofcourse this only really refers to porn with actual people involved, not loicon and stuff.
