my 6 man cell:

foreigner (leader/trainer/stratagist)
-sabretooth (h2h nightmare/functionally immortal)
-deadpool (functionally immortal/guinea pig on the field)
-bullseye (silent assassin 1/weapons master)
-deathstroke (silent assassin 2/trainer)
-solo (reconnaissance/ambush)

and wilson fist as my financial sponser his place as a headquarters.

He said Electro lvl is allowed which both Venom and Carnage are...So yea I guess they are allowed too.

Thread starter please be clear about what is street level. Anyone around Electro, Bane Sabertooth, Sinster Six team are not street level. Do you mean low-mid tier?

sorry guys im kinda new, could you clarify "street levelers " a little please, does that mean .. i don't know,.the same or around the level of Peak Human or does that mean FROM peak human to <5 tonnes?
