His HF and Adamantium do negate the effects of Spiderman's strength advantage when it comes to the damage he can dish out with his stopping power. It simply isn't enough. The few (very few) individuals who have KOed Logan with kicks and punches who are weaker than Spiderman are infinately more skilled than he is in h2h combat.
Spiderman's spider strength as not proven suffecient to KO Logan 100% of the time they've tango'd.
That fact ain't changing here.

No one thinks Wolverine's a speedster. The only reason that scans like that are ever brought up in the first place is to discredit the idea that Spiderman's substantially faster than Wolverine; someone who's not only tagged Spiderman or grabbed him almost every occasion they've come head to head, but someone who Spiderman himself doubts his own speed against.
It's basically just reasserting the notion that Spiderman isn't faster. The fact that they have virtually the same feats of top level speeds in combat is a testement to that.
I mean, Spiderman shouldn't really tag a guy like Speed Demon either. In fact in their first fight he couldn't even touch him. But he did later on, and then you've got people trying to sell that Spiderman's oh so much faster because he did it, but that doesn't sell well when both characters have the same feats of speed. That's all.

Wolverine enhanced senses were described as being able to pick up bullets at night time to the point that he could practically see them pass by in the Weapon X novel.
Wolverine doesn't need to dodge bullets, but I'm sure they don't feel good.

Spiderman said he can dodge lasers.
Daredevil noted that he was dodging automatic gunfire.
And he's been described as "dodging" both on panel.
I can't really see how him avoiding that shot from the terrorist can really be seen as anything but dodging when that cas clearly the point of the bullet time panel. 😬
