Captain America vs Punisher (with a twist)

This is the Punisher with the SS serum. He is equipped with an adamantium bowie knife, an m-16 and couple of hand grenades. No prep, fight takes place in a warehouse. 😒

So...it's Cap+Shield vs. Cap+guns+grenades+knife?

Are we also assuming that Frank is completely used to the SS? You know, has he trained extensively with it first so he's used to his new abilities?

I dont think he would need to train with it he would notcice the benefits straight away. 😐

I think it could be a split or Cap 6/10. Cap would still be better at H2H but since Frank is still a very good MA his damage soak would make him hard to put down. Hell even without the SSS he can take alot of punches from DD and keep going.

Cap takes him down, hard and fast.

The Punisher is still nowhere near Cap in terms of skill or strategy.

That doesn't explain how Cap takes down an SSS enhanced Punisher hard and fast. I reckon Cap wins because of his better H2H skills but its no curbstomp

Serioulsy? I dont have a problem with Cap winning but going down hard and fast. I dont get it. Punisher once held off Wolverine while his leg was injured and that was non-Einnis. He has several good showings against DD and some of his loses are circumstantial.

Im quite sure that Punisher with SSS would stalemate DD. For starters if you like at the first fight in Pun vs DD it ended with DD flat on his back, but the scans in the respect thread dont show that. The last fight ended with DD having a dislocated arm and a bust up face, thats all without SS then all of a sudden Cap takes him down hard and fast.....dont get it.

Yeah by way 6/10 Cap. 5/10 is still too high for Frank because he is not as skillful. Franks pain tolerance and skill can get him 4 wins.
