and a valid point I understand what you are saying, I dont argue with people about things cuz if they want to change they have to make that decision for themselves and nothing I say will change their mind

The whole premise of somebody saying, "It's my opinion and that's that, you can't speak out about it because it's mine" is stupid. They're basically just someone who can't justify why they believe in something, or why they do things.

But they might. I know for a fact that debate and discussion has changed a lot of my opinions, there's nothing wrong with changing your lifestyle or opinions.
