Honestly, those guys beat the Spectre only because of the situation, in a good showing with a good host he would stomp them all. I cannot prove that the Living Tribunal is stronger than them because I have never seen him face anyone of the sort, but if we take his caliber over the Infinity Guantlet as it has been stated, he wins.

Also, the LT is cosmic, not mystical.

Mxy is a joke compared to Lt. yes the spectre from dov took out mxy easily and that spectre wasnt in his top form. Mxy was also oneshotted by Gog in kingdom.
