Still, he didn`t quite act like emotionless robot.

Jedi are just so lawful good. End of discussion! 😉

Why am I being ignored?

Well?

Melkor was responding to you!

And yes you do actiually.

cool... how does xp work 'nd what does it do?

Indeed. And having no attachments also helps you have a clear mind and be concentrated during battle, something that Obi Wan did in his duel with Anakin, and something that Anakin didn't do when he was dueling Obi Wan. That is why Anakin lost in that duel.

Lets you increase skills and buy Force powers and stuff like that. Ush will explain how it'll all work out with this system.

(which reminds me - us Matrix players never got xp from the first OR second game!)

Eh, I dunno how xp would have worked out in the newer Matrix system. I could see where it would go in the old one just fine.

As for what you said about Renegades being a balance between Dark and Light, Jedireaper... that is an EU way of looking at it. The Renegades are Light-Siders, like the Jedi, but believe that the political jargon is keeping the Jedi Order from being the best it can be. They can be loose-cannons or they can be just as lawful and good as Jedi Knights, but unless they are falling to the Dark Side, they are not a balance of both sides.

Indeed. The Renegades are sort of like Batman. They take the law into their own hands because they believe they have a better solution, but they will not cross the line into doing evil things.

Perfect!

And the new Renegades had better keep that in mind. There are points where you will do things that seem... slightly criminal, but you have to remember that you are Jedi Knights, regardless of who you are working for.

Agreed. Especially remember that you have to do things that are slightly criminal, but don't worry, if you just use your anger you should be able to pull of every situation. Don't be afraid of using your emotions, either, you aren't the slaves of the council anymore, there laws aren't your, give in to them and become more powerful in the process.

And kill innocents. It usually gets things done.

Exactly. Listen to Rex. He's the most senior player, after all.

Well, look at it this way. You need to get past a control point or a security point in order to obtain some information inside say, the building.

Jedi - Jedi Council warns the control point, and Jedi come through without any problem.

Renegades - Pain in the neck, they try to stealth their way in or break their way in without anyone seeing them.

Dark Jedi - Kill everyone.

I find the Jedi instance to be one of the least trouble some one 😛

Yeah, but you got that annoying busines of never ever catching the bad guys cause they are always your bosses. Must be frustrating.

Eh, it's not all hack-and-slash with the Darkies. Not everything can be solved with lightsabers. It would be boring if that was how it worked, really. Ush has put emphasis on that.

Darkies would be more likely to try the Renegade solution, actually. As Rex says, we cannot kill everything that annoys us.

Case in point - the Friendship Circle.

Oh god, the Friendship Circle... Dak still wants to hurt Rand for that one.

And indeed, we'd stealth in easily in that case. Leaving corpses would be kind of bad for us.

Well, the sneaky ones would stealth in anyway. The rest of the group can find their own way in 😛

Yeah, who cares about them.

At worst, they mess up horribly and blow our cover, and then we get to yell at them for an actual reason.
