Actually DC's prime Earth is a representation of the real world,
but with the fantasy that comes along with it.
Same goes for Marvel's 616.
But obviously neither are the real world.

Correct,
that's a representational avatar from the real world
being depicted in a completely fictional setting.
TOAA in fact, is a fictional representation of a real world artist
that draws everything we read on panel:
Reed and the FF, Silver Surfer, Black Panther and even Galactus,
are just silly drawings on a piece of paper to the real OAA/God (writers/artists avatars)
He has a partner who he refers to as his "Collaborator"
who gives him ideas to draw, obviously this is a representation of the Writer.
