There is no backstory on Logan being KOed by a deer. It never happened. Wolverine was training a new recruit for Alpha Flight doing the whole "sneak up and touch a deer before it knows you are there" routine. The rookie snaps a branch just as Logan is about to touch the buck and the buck kicks him. The recruit rushes back to their car thinking Logan is hurt, only to find that Logan has beaten him back to their wheels. Obviously not Koed or even bothered all that much.

Hulk #15 2009

Wolverine Vs Red Hulk

Wolverine fights and cuts Red Hulk, then cuts out his eyes, stopping red hulk
and taking him out of the fight, before being thrown to the East River

Wolverine races back from the East River in a car wanting more of the
still blind Red Hulk, but gets held at gun point by Red She-Hulk

Just read Hulk #15. I'm relieved. I thought Rulk would break adamantium 😆

Great showings recently. Damn, we Wolverine fans should celebrate! 🍺

He wasn't KO'ed. He was showing a novice magician that Shaman had asked him to train how to move silently in the forest, and, as a test, he allowed himself to get hit, to see how his student would respond. As evidence of him not being KO'ed, by the time his student had run out of the forest and back to Wolverine's jeep, Wolverine was already there waiting for him, totally unharmed.

anyone have scans of logan and shingens 1st fight with the wooden swords and logan tanking all the nerve strikes before finally going down due to the poison and nerve strike combinations overwhelming him?

Romulus makes no sense at all. He weilds immense power capable of manipulated the likes of Ogun, Cyber, Daken and even Omega Red, yet he can't beat Wolverine in their first on-panel encounter. I told you Way was illogical. He sets up this character who is supposed to be close to Apocalypse level in status, yet he looks worse than Creed in a fight with Wolverine? How does someone so weak evade the likes of Professor X? Did prof know about him yet do nothing? I mean, a couple of X-men and Romulus is bagged and tagged. Collosus alone would tool him. Yet, he alone has manipulated the likes of weapon-x for decades? He controlled Cyber and Ogun - a man who made Logan like like a yellow belt in their first encounter? Yes, it makes total sense. He did it by hiding in the shadows the whole time and hiding his scent.

And then there's his appearance. He has all the claws combined - one coming out of the wrist, three on the top and then Creeds finger nails. He also has a combination of Logan and Creeds hair styles just to reinfornce that he's "the original". Thanks, Way for ruining Logan's origin completely by having him evolve from such a joke of a villan.

With characters like Romulus, Way has proven he has a creativity of a six-year-old. I can't believe I complained about Mark Miller. Way is a million times worse, and not only that, has gone well beyond tarnishing Logan's repution. He turned into a war criminal, had him lose every fight in 40 issues except for maybe two, and then revealed an arch villan who on one hand wields immense power and control over a significant portion of the marvel universe akin to say...Mr.Sinister or even Apocalypse yet he is really just an overgrown combination of Creed, Logan and Dakken.

I thought Romulus was kinda toying with Logan, especially considering the way the fight ended. I see your point though. My favorite things there was the revelation that the claws were fake and mounted on gloves and that immortal quote- "I didn't come here for a ****ing sword fight". It's pretty pathetic that so far it seems that Logan is just Romulus' ideal person and what he always dreamed of being. Well, maybe except for the whole short stature thing...

It's just lame - how can a character this powerful be so weak? I doubt he was just toying with Logan - Logan seemed to have his number pretty good and Romulus made him pay for not killing him. Which in itself is sooo stupid. Killing Romulus was Logan's only way out yet he decides not to take it. After searching for so long, this is the one person he decides not to kill - the person who has manipulated his life from the shadows for so long.

I am hoping this all ends in Apocalypse running everything somehow. That would make sense because it would be apoc toying with Logan by setting up figure heads and making Logan chase them - besides Apoc was the one originally interested in who was the best of Sabs and Logan so it actually makes sense that he's the one who's really at the head of this table. Way should really consider actually following continuity. Hopefully he comes accross this and steals my idea.

I would actually use a plan that would reverse all of M-day. Basically, Wanda is still controlling the universe but Apoc is controlling her. He used his machines to amplify her powers and created a false "return to reality" scenario to keep heroes from realizing they were being controlled. From there he was able to keep only the select mutants he wanted around and erase certain ones who are powerful but will not buy into his plan such as Magneto. (erases their power that is). Logan realises this and an epic story line unfolds which ends in things being returned to the way they were before M-day. Or am I just crazy here? This brings Steve Rodgers back as Cap....

I haven't been following so I may be off in left field here and Cap may already have come back and many of the major events of M-day may have already been overturned..

X-Men vs. Agents of Atlas #1

Wolverine does what Cyclops' blast, Storm's lightning and Colossus' punch combined couldn't - he breaks through Human Robot's forcefield.

Wolverine vs. Thor #1

Logan cuts Odinson.

^Cutting Thor is actually a really ridiculous feat for Wolverine looking at some of Thor's history.

Thor's taken a slash from Ares and his Adamantine Axe to the throat unharmed, taken a slash from the Asgardian Super Skrull and her Stormbreaker Axe who was strong enough to take on Asgard while manhandling Beta Ray Bill with one arm, taken a slash from Perrikus and his scythe unharmed and he slashed Mjolnir in half easily.

Props to Wolverine. Albeit it was equivalent to 3 pointless paper cuts. As a Thor fan, I hope it turns out Loki amped his strength and made his claws sharper though.

Logan has slash King Thor arm so badly that it was useless so he ripped it off........he stabbed Thanos who had the infinity gaunlet as well. He should have no problems stabbing thor.

What is with that fan fiction?

Logan attacks Thor, and slashes his wrist. We see Thor's arm and it's not even bleeding.

He doesn't rip his arm off. He loses it and his eye when fighting the Hulk and the Thing. Also take in account, the Thing gets stronger and stronger the older he gets.

Woah, they drew him with the claw sheathes, when did those come back?

No Thor ripped his own arm off. He wasn't using it after that point irc

THE F***!? Wolverine overloaded a guy who's healing factor worked on nanotech?! LOL. Ridiculous.

correct.

also Rage Thing has never been stated to get stronger the older he gets. Also Thing was no older in that fight any ways.

Want to show me where he ripped off his own arm?

Honestly, this was never shown and is some Wolverine fan bullshit. He clearly slashed his wrist, and we then clearly see his wrist, and it ain't even bleeding.

Now we see a direct slash from a Wolverine that thinks Thor is Sabertooth (Meaning no bullshit about holding back.) at Thor's cheek, leaves paper cuts at best that don't even completely break the skin, which further disproves the fact that Thor was force to remove his arm. Which was never shown.

Logan's lucky Marvel is even letting him cut Thor looking at the shit that's failed.
