Uncanny X-Men 498: Durability / Healing / Speed / Skill

Colossus, Nightcrawler and Wolverine are being held captive by the Russian Military. Wolverine is being tortured with large amounts of electricity in an attempt to get Colossus to talk about M-Day. Nightcrawler shorts out Wolverine's restraints and he goes on a rampage and easily dispatches all the soldiers in the room and dodging gunfire.

I hadn’t previously realized that this is actually a fairly impressive feat for Wolverine so I hadn’t added this into the thread until very
recently. Anyway, Wolverine is brainwashed, his thoughts are not his completely his own, and what little control over his thoughts he does
retain is still shown to be in contrast with several conflicting influences. In spite of that AND the fact that he was trying to fight
his brain washing and conditioning and stop from bagging another mask Wolverine’s still able to kick DD hard enough to make him drop his
billyclubs and fight him into a corner delivering a nasty gash to DD’s solar plexus. DD manages to knock some of the brainwashing loose with a
dumbbell to the head and the jolt of mental freedom makes Wolverine lose his equilibrium causing him to stumble and trip onto a sword.
Still, he’s capable of nearly besting a top tier even without any of his own thoughts or skills to aid him. Some people claim that the Hand
had some influence in the fight, but by the time DD and Wolverine started actually getting into it, there were only two or three Hand
ninja left:

I have a feeling that this is due to the Banshee deteriorating him or something.

On a cool note, Wolverine doesn't use Banshee. The drug is created from him. So everyone is getting pumped up on Wolvie juice.
