No problem.
Jinzin, Srankmissingnin and others elaborated on the subject in many threads, for example in this Namor vs. Wolverine match:

Every indication from your posts is that you are equally as uninformed about those eras of Wolverine as you are about the last decade and change. Assuming you are familiar with 80s/90s to any degree that matters, then lets look at what you are working with. Wolverine got his healing factor in '82 so that leaves you with 18 years worth of healing factor feats to be familiar with if we assume are telling the truth. Except in '89 Wolverine was crucified by the Reavers in Uncanny 251, which conked out the speed of his healing factor for several years, so much that he was stated to be a "shadow of his former self kept alive purely by will," right up until '93 when Magneto ripped out Wolverine's Adamantium in Fatal Attractions. At which time his healing factor was completely shut off until '94 when it was restarted after Deadpool killed him in Wolverine issue 88. Then we have bone claw Wolverine until December of '99 where he regained his Adamantium yet retained (or exceeded) the speed his bone claw level healing factor. This is then fallowed by a decade plus of comics you haven't read. You aren't left with a very big window to draw from. Not only is the information you claim to have dated, but in the context of the character's story arch the majority of it is irrelevant to a forum match where Wolverine's abilities are operating at there optimum levels... and yet Wolverine in that time frame still stalemated Namor while under mind control (Wolverine not Namor) and beat his rogue Tiger Shark. Anyone thinking the Mongrels that Wolverine has killed the last couple issues were all Wolverine's bastard children?
The same ninja turned out to be a really good teacher, having trained the Mongrels.

Wolverine cuts off Geist’s entire skin tight bionic suit in the time it takes him to say a nice clean shave: Not only did he do it faster than hell, but Geist doesn't even register that Logan even touched him:

Wolverine rips the suit off of Doc Samson before he could even put up a defense, Samson’s under mind control, but still an impressive showing of comparative speed; which objectively speaking wasn’t affected by the mind control in other subjects of the same arc:
