Charlotte/Leo/Gundam Vs. BW

This will be the start of the final round of matches before the championship match. As stated before this will be a 3 v 1 match. Should BW win he will have a clause that allows him to challenge the winner of the tourney upon his return. Should the trio win the winners of each pool will get the chance to exchange one of their picks with someone from B-Dub's roster.

Match will start Friday 7:00 EST

Match will end Wednesday 7:00 EST

Judges: Newjak, Illadelph, and Ha-Son.

Location: The Vortex where the wind always blows, and blows, and blows. You are inside the bubble. I'm sure you guys remember it from the first round of matches way back when. If you do not here is a quick refresher course. Energy bubble, if you can not fly you gain the ability to fly this time though it will be at Mach 9.

The sphere will be the size of the moon this time. Inside you guys get to see what a real super sand storm is. At the center exists a foot wide ball which is the eye of the storm and the only place where the wind is calm. Inside the bubble a constant stream of wind is always going around and around the bubble of energy.

The wind moves at half the speed of light, but that isn't the worst. Debris from tiny bits of sand to Car sized bits of Adamantium are caught in this maelstrom of air current. There is so much sand visibility is effectively reduced by 80%. So between the lack of sight, the high speed, and the hella hard object flying around at half of the speed of light you guys should have a merry old time.

Prep Time: One year of relative prep time.

We shrink everyone in the team to microsize via Pym's powers to fit into the calm area in the eye of the storm and continue to prep there. When Leo's cubes are ready, everyone takes time to train with it.

Also since it would be Leo whio most likely qualifies to the finals, I share all extra data (Stormwatch one and the one on New Son, Darkstar and Airwalker) with his Adaptoids during prep.
Nate\Mantis then takes time to ensure that the wish for cubes is right.

Battle
As Leo's said, we take our cubes and wish us to win and team B-Dub being removed from existance to ensure that victory goes to us. It can't get any simplier- but effective.

as i've said, reed -- all alone -- built a cube, FROM SCRATCH, in a matter of weeks. how much easier and faster will it be for him to repeat the process given access to the speed force, intelligence and the matter/energy manipulation skills available to him via ALL OUR TEAMS? seriously -- what took him weeks MIGHT take him minutes. and i'm being generous on the time given that all the info on the cube's creation could be retrieved instantly via tp, and realized almost as quickly given our team's manipulation skills. in fact, the only thing that really gave reed any problems while he built the cube, was finding something strong enough to use as a power source.

reed captured the power of a star (in the form of Ult Silver Surfer) to power-up the cube. using lightray's power that i copied from bw's team last rd, i do the exact same thing. only this time i don't NEED an actual star. lightray's powers are MORE than enough to generate all the stellar power i need on a moment's notice. of oucrse, if you don't like that, we have access to the nega-bands, terrax's power cosmic and of course the infinite energy that is the speed force -- any of the above would be MORE than adequate to do the job. 🙂

so, with that in mind, i build 9 cosmic cubes.

now, how powerful are these cubes? well, here reed AND thanos both reference the infinite power contained within the cube:

a couple things because i can already hear someone saying: "it wasn't infinitely powerful! it never showed that!"

in fact, that is partially true. but there are REASONS for this. first, (as already shown) thanos could not access the full power of the cube:

"TRUE GODHOOD". the cube HAS infinite power. it was BUILT with an inherent limitation imposed by reed as he designed it, a restriction that also SLOWED the cube down and prevented him from merging more closely with it. (this is also proof that the plans for the cube were not thanos', but reed's. thanos would never have had reed design such a failsafe into the cube.)

even still, limited as it was, the cube was capable of huge feats:

so, reed set limits on the cube. that's one reason it was never shown to be infinitely powerful. the second reason: neither reed nor thanos became truly 'attuned' to the cube:

the prep time in this match rectifies THAT little issue this time round. all of gundam's guys, all my guys and all of cdb's guys have a full YEAR to train with the cubes and develop a rapport. they spend countless hours learning to use and command the cube's immense power. then, as the battle is set to begin, i amp up my speed to the same levels as last match, then, just before the battle begins, i REMOVE the reed-installed limitation on one of my cubes. then, a second dupe commands his cube to create an impenetrable force field around my guys that will stop anything from harming us, like this:

only a little smaller. 🙂 he commands the shield to protect us completely, but to allow US to attack and operate fully from WITHIN it. here we see the cube is certainly able to accomplish such a feat as reed commands the shield to work around himself and his friends:

a third dupe gets ready to halt time in the arena AND REVERSE IT, if need be. again, proven earlier when reed opens a portal to 30 000 years in the past. the cube CAN control time. if i don't like how things are going, we hit reset and do it again. 🙂

won't be necessary though because the instant the battle begins the wish takes effect (due to the speed force and perhaps more importantly, due to the power of the cube itself -- to which i ADD the SF).

and what is the ultimate wish of ANY character competing in a kmc battle or tournament . . .?

BATTLE

TO WIN! why do they want to win so badly? because winning ensures (and this fact was CONFIRMED by nj) the fulfillment of their heart's desire -- ie -- they want nothing more than to win.

emperor speed enters the battle, and, thinking faster than anyone who is NOT savitar or wally west can, he thinks WIN

the cube does the rest and fulfills my wish in any of an infinite number of ways:

perhaps it instantly removes all their powers.
perhaps it freezes them permanently in time.
perhaps it simply bfr's them to a place even spartan can't port back from, some alternate dimension.
perhaps it simply makes them bow down to us and acknowledge us as winners.
perhaps it just kills all of them, or ko's them.
who knows. who cares. pick the ending you like best. if you're bored judges, make up your OWN ending. 🙂

with ONE cube, thanos remade the earth with a thought and reed was able to manipulate space and time like puddy. reed now has the benefit of previous experience with the cube, a chance to PRACTISE and hone his skills with it, not to mention access to the vast array of experience and knowledge that come to him via my team itself. my shield ensures that we are protected against anything bw throws at us and my wish ends the battle wherever he is.

there should be no need whatsoever to call upon any of the other cubes, but, like i said, one of my own dupes is ready to use the cube's power to halt and reverse time if he needs to for any reason. then we just reset, and try something else. foolproof. 🙂

it doesn't get much easier than that. 🙂

ok, we have a year of prep and while most of leo's team is constructing
the cosmic cubes, we will be researching, duplicating, and then concentrating
super acids for bd to emulate.

we will be enriching HSbF6 or fluoroantimonic acid, this shit alone is
2×1019 (20 quintillion) times stronger than 100% sulfuric acid and pure sulfuric acid can oxidize iron.
we will use every resource to further concentrate it then have bd immerse itself into it.

--cube time--

leo after completion will be handing over three cosmic containment units to each of our squads, that kicks ass. i lone can subjugate a universe to the wielder's will, with nine it's over kill. with our cube's we will permanently change and amp the DNA of our squad
in order for us to be at godly levels.

legion and exodus with will erect an invisible force field around our guys so that any environmental hazards are irrelevant(even though we have cubes anyway so without it we are no less invulnerable)

black death will then hand it's cosmic cube to exodus, who will use the cube to increase bd's body density so it matches that of a dwarf star.(more molecules to use)

exodus will make the eye of the storm fixated around us at all times.

one we materialize, bd will join with the wind storm, almost instantly
covering the dyson sphere with a mixture of light negating darkforce
and metal/flesh eating gas. the air friction alone will strip any armour
that it comes into contact with no matter it's composition as long as it finds a less aerodynamic surface on it. add the heat being generated by that same friction and you get titanium melting temperatures, any living being is getting fried inside their metal suits and android's circuits will be fried as well.

even if blair creates a counter measure for that we can simply remove it...😉 or we can make his guys the focal point of the storm so that all the winds slam into him......or just transmute his armour to chinese food....nothing is out of bounds with cosmic cubes. 😈

that is all in the first millisecond of arriving in this environment....
so all in all we have nine cubes and a means of surviving in the maelstrom and blair's team is gassed, completely blind(darkforce), armourless and dying, and powerless according to leo's write-up.

p.s. if blair fields wundarr the aquarian to nullify our power's....sorry but his power's don't work that way. his null field negates energy over a threshold of sorts, for instance light can't pass but normal air can pass but before hand the kinetic energy will be fist stripped from it so it matches the threshold. so i can still kill him with gas and telepathic rapage since that is how wundarr has left to communicate with since his field leaves him deaf and blind.

Now just what IS the Concentrator? Called the greatest weapon in the universe it draws energy from every single place in the universe, and can then emit a near infinite amount of force-energy by concentrating all the high-power energy sources in the universe. There is no power anywhere, natural or man-made, for as long as it is in operation. That is not a false statement either, as every sun in the universe begins getting drained, all power across the universe is drained, and even the energy in super people gets drained!

I would like you to note that those are SUNS being destroyed. As in bigger than our battlefield, period.

Now, we have to realize the repercussions of having a weapon that draws energy from EVERYWHERE in the universe from ALL energy sources. Ladies and gentlemen, I draw your attention to Speed Force Energy, and from Leo’s OWN words, speed force energy is just that, energy, and can be manipulated. Just like he has Vulcan do in every match. From his own words:

So as you can see, even his vaunted speed force energy will be void in this match, which is really Leo’s best claim to fame in this tournament. So what does this mean? None of their powers or tech will work, at all! No Psi powers, no super powers, no tech, no NOTHING. Their team will be completely helpless.

However, the Concentrator is not just a defensive energy sapping weapon. That same energy that is sapped is at the same time being used offensively against the powerless, as I have shown in scans above. I of course tweak it slightly so that instead of one “nozzle” to spread the attack, I can send a omni-directional blast of the universe’s force energy.

Now, just to reinforce the fact that my tactics can take them out, and in case any non trivial arguments about the Concentrator are used, I create an additional weapon on the Concentrator. It is simple, really, particularly since I have Aquarian who has his null field. I have Brainiac 5 create an additional add on that will utilize Aquarian's field's properties along with the Concentrator beam, similar to the device Reed created to harness the powers of Black Bolt's scream to rip a hole in reality. Being that the weapon will be draining energy from everywhere in the universe except the inside of the Concentrator itself, we can easily power it from within.

With Brainiac 5’s 12th level intellect and a YEAR of prep, this should be extremely easy to accomplish. The “Aquarian device” will work in conjunction to the Concentrator. It will be a facsimile of the Aquarian’s true powers without the negative consequences to MY team. Basically, we will use it to stop all non powered movement, and it will have all its normal properties, but my tech and energy will be the only things to be able to exist within the field normally as they were. So while the Aqurians properties hold you still, the Concentrator saps your energy AND fires a blast so powerful you will ALL die. Period.

As for range, you have already seen what the Concentrator can do, and Brainiac 5 once created a phantom zone projector in literally the time span of a conversation (start to finish) that was powerful enough to project on an entire planet. I also create Mind-Helmets since one team is almost fully comprised of psychics. They are made from Lurium, which scrambles thought-waves, guarding the wearer against any mental intrusion. Note that Saturn Girl, the most powerful telepath on her planet of telepaths, cannot read their minds.

Now, being that I have a year of work to accomplish, and sleep does happen to everyone, I think it is time I unleashed a secret power of Brainiac 5’s (that I do not think has ever been showcased in a tournament). You see Dream Girl died. How is that important? When Brainiac 5 tried to bring her back to life, they “connected”. Currently she resides in his mind, and when he sleeps “she” gives him visions of the future.

What does this mean? I got a precog on the team thanks to Brainy! To put it bluntly, I get intel on anything you might be planning, and if for some reason I am wrong about something in prep, I can go back and change it however I see fit. Knowing the future always helps 🙂

One last thing just to further enhance my teams chances of winning. Considering that I have Vulcan’s powers and that he can control kinetic energy (reason why Leo put him in conjecture with Savitar), I have him copy a flash move and make my weapons all as fast as possible by giving them extra kinetic energy (ala the flash, just without the speed force). Hell, the Legion employs a Dimensional Blaster which has a range that is infinite and its rays can rip right through spaces and time (AD 367). Also, in that time, hyper light speed travel is the norm.

He can create something that goes faster than the speed of light (as he knows the knowledge behind going faster than light), so my weapons will have a firing sequence and usage of past light speed use – and as you can see from the Concentrator, the entire universe becomes succumb to it in less than minute (which already gives credence to past light speed usage). Now add in what Vulcan’s powers allow me to do? Much Faster than light speed energy sapping/destroying.

As prep winds down, I put on the mind helmets and one second before the battle starts I turn the Concentrator/Aquarian device on….

Battle Begins
Now, I have it so when I appear, I am in the epicenter of the bubble. Being that I started the Concentrator/Aqurian the second before the battle started, energy from all across the universe is being sapped from the moment the battle starts. It means I have the speed advantage over the other teams (something I am sure Leo will not be used too)

You see, caught in Aquarians null field (stopping all motion) and the Concentrator (sapping all Speed Force Energy) Savitar no longer has any speed and cannot control the speed force! The energy to run Engineer’s tech is no longer there! Terrax’s power cosmic is gone! Everyone on the other team? Powerless. And seeing as I am also sending a omni directional UNIVERSAL powered force blast at the same time they are powerless, I kill them in the first instant of the battle. No questions asked. NOTHING can withstand having the full force of all the energy in the universe coming at you.

Brains over brawn all around.

I'm so proud. 😄

oh well, blair's team can help science by being the first people to finally tell us what what poison gas tastes like.......wait never mind, they will be dead long before that.

This match is going to be a ***** to judge. Wow.

There are two IMPORTANT things I would like to discuss here in this post.

First, if people want to know how I could go around the Cubes, well it is simple...first let me explain.

Upon hearing that Ult. Reed Richards bottled a star, I had to know for what. I also realized that once you had copied my powers (admittedly I kept throwing Lightray out there on purpose for you to copy), I knew it would happen eventually, and given this match I knew it would happen here. Leo, you are a smart guy. I really do respect you and your team members for coming up with a plan of this magnitude. However, I was too well prepared. I tactically outmaneuvered you. It is not always about the biggest weapon (which admittedly I still have since you are powerless 😉 ), but by taking away YOUR biggest guns I have won the battle before it even began.

I think you will find my opening post sufficient in why you no longer have energy to run the cube (any cube), or even yourselves. If you notice, entire suns are drained by the Concentrator, and you go and fill it up with solar energy. The energy you used to develop and sustain your precious cubes is instantaneously converted by the Concentrator and thrown at you in the biggest attack any tournament has ever witnessed.

See, the cubes are a pretty big deal, but by cutting off the power source they are nothing more than pretty little cubes. No power = no results.

HOWEVER

Before debates are had in the minds in the judges of which opening post to pay more heed to, let me focus on one little simple fact:

Leo's is illegal.

Yes, illegal. In this tournament. If we can all remember, Akuki had to repick characters because he was going to combine the sword of might and amulet of right (I think those were the names).The POINT of the matter is that you are NOT allowed reality manipulation even post prep and meshing. No reality manipulation allowed. Period. Red did not allow Smurph to access the Ultimate Nullifier with prep, or make HoM wanda, and neither did NJ, the current stand in director. I was not allowed to draft Freedom Ring (who could wish for anything and warp reality in a 15 foot radius). And I believe Leo himself said that Akuki's characters should be banned because it wasn't fair. So really, being that according to Leo and co. they can reshape reality, time/space, and "wish" me to lose, well, the attack is voided and I win anyways.

Either way you look at it legally (his energy gets sapped so he can no longer operate the cube) or illegally (making my prep the only one that matters), I STILL win.

yep. 😄 now, that surprisingly has ZERO relevence to you or your weapon though. because, as you have repeatedly said AND shown via scans, your weapon draws all the power from the UNIVERSE.

the speed force exists OUTSIDE the universe.

it is an EXTRA-DIMENSIONAL, COSMIC energy source. (shown a number of times already, but scans available if requested). in fact, neron himself claimed it was a type of 'heaven'. and in fact, it IS a metaphysical realm that houses the souls of dead speedsters. in that way, neron was exactly right -- it IS a heaven, for speedsters.

so, really, all you need to do is prove that your weapon can drain power that exists OUTSIDE the universe, and you'll have been correct in your assessment of being able to cut me off from the speed force. if you can't, the speed force is alive and well in this match. 😄 it is even indirectly IMPLIED that the SF is outside your gun's ability to affect -- everyone was still moving and as i've proven with past scans, ALL movement stems from the SF. Kinetic energy included. your gun did not drain the ONE type of energy that may have helped you most!

more importantly than that even however, is the fact that the SF is INFINITE. i've actually been hoping someone at some point would try and drain me . . . 😖hifty:

you're claiming b5 is smart so he could come up with a way to incorporate the null field into this weapon, but aquarian's null field has NEVER been tampered with like that in all of his appearances. it simply shuts down energy. incorporating it in the way you want (to help make an ENERGY weapon more powerful) is actually ANATHEMA to its function. there is no logical way to conclude that the null field would 'protect' your energy weapon . . . saying b5 is smart is NOT a good enough reason.

ok, so. why does bw's plan fail?

1. "he drains all the energy in the universe". a completely silver-age idea that would be laughed at today and that common sense should tell you was hyperbole and never really thought out. but, regardless, in prep, i used the SF to ALSO empower the cube (tactically outmanoeurved indeed . . . 😖hifty: ) when i added SF to it. you can't drain extra-dimensional energy, but as proven, i CAN overload you with an infinite amount of energy. my cube is just fine, my SF is just fine, and your weapon blows up all around you, likely killing you all. our shield of course saves us from the explosion . . .

2. no proof WHATSOEVER that he can tamper with aquarian's null field like he says. ZERO proof.

3. as was proven in my match against bw and cdb -- just because something was STARTED in prep, does NOT mean a team can't react to it. your weapon does not INSTANTLY drain anything -- hell, you all were granted enough time to defend against the INSTANT neutralizing effects of forge's wepaon! your weapon is PROVEN to take time to accomplish its draining effects. it took time to drain the suns -- a minute, in fact. given how much i amped my speed (outraced instantaneous travel . . .) if i have ANY TIME AT ALL, it's too much. ialso also made the wish BEFORE prep ended. it's effetcs (amped by SF) would take effect SIMULATANEOUSLY with the start of the match. at best you START draining in that time. my wish ends any draining and prevents you from coming CLOSE to draining us completely.

4. your're correct in saying that it took stellar energies to start the cube working. HOWEVER, in the case of the cube, once it is going, it is self-sufficient and INFINITELY POWERFUL! your weapon has never proven capable of depowering something on the level of a cube even WITHOUT the additional powering from the speed force. it contains far more energy than a simple star. the star was used to START it. once started though, the cube effectively changes matter into energy. what's that mean? in order to drain a cube completely, you'd need to eliminate ALL MATTER IN THE UNIVERSE. because MATTER -- not STARS -- is now its energy source.

5. as far as legality -- i asked to have akuki's guys banned because an OMNIVERSAL weapon was a bit much i admit, and it would be something he could use every match in battle. i had a hard time finding a convincing way to do the cube. everyone likely knew what ult reed could do, and no one objected. had you tried to ban ult reed in drafts, i doubt highly it would have worked. you're not gonna get this banned. ESPECIALLY in light of the fact that YOU are bringing to bear the most powerful weapon in YOUR universe -- one you thought could DIRECTLY COUNTERACT A CUBE! 😂 nice try though.

okay judges -- i'll save you some time, perhaps. it has apparently been left to you to judge the legality of the cubes.

in my defense, all objections that i raised to any characters were raised IN THE DRAFTS. we had AMPLE time to research guys and find out what they could do. i have no doubt bw knew i could do this a LONG time ago, and so did most. and yet -- no one objected to reed. would ANYONE have objected to reed in the draft?? hell, she didn't know it, but cdb could have made a cube a while back as soon as she copied black box's power. bw could have done the same. both needed a slightly different method, but i've been DREADING the fact since they copied me. i wouldn't have called for the cube to be banned. i'd have been po'd at myself though. 😬

this issue is different from the amulet/sword issue (which again was raised IN THE DRAFT where all objections were SUPPOSED to be made) which was an omniversal weapon that would be merged immediately and could be used in every match, nor is it a power of a particular character. this required a lot of meshing and some copying. there is NO CAP to meshing, and/or tech. and let's not forget bw is using a weapon that DRAINS THE UNIVERSE OF POWER and shoots back at us a bolt of energy that combines ALL THE POWER IN THE UNIVERSE! he also thought his own weapon a capable COUNTER to my cubes. 😬

the cubes most certainly SHOULD be considered legal under the rules. there was AMPLE time to object WELL before this match ever began and no one did.

banning them now would quite simply be a very very cheap way of ending this match. but to the judges: if you ARE gonna rule them illegal, do it now before i, or anyone else, bothers to post more.

i'm sorry but no planet in any universe has an atmosphere like the gas i have concocted so, i think i need more proof on that ring's protective qualities.

for example venus has a thick atmosphere mostly composed of SULFURIC ACID (the primary gas), sulfer dioxide, methane, and other harmful compounds.

another example is jupiter. jupiter is as big as a planet can get before it transforms into a star, it's also composed mainly of hydrogen and helium the two most important elements to a star's life.

the point i am trying to make is that the legion of superheroes go to alien planets all the time, but the most extreme atmospheres POSSIBLE aren't 1% as lethal as the gas i have made, the ring can't protect you from it.....besides, those same rings can be removed in a myriad of ways if they can protect you. just saying)

superboy certainly doesn't make mention of losing his powers, and doesn't appear to have lost them by his reactions. neither do the others give the appearances of having suddenly lost THEIR powers. there is also mention of the destruction of the EYTH system in the first scan i posted above. did the weapon destroy the system somehow? i thought it only drained?

so, my questions are:

(1) how do i KNOW the concentrator is what resulted in the heroes losing their powers (since no mention of it is made in the scan, and no, bw, much as i respect you in these things, your WORD is not enough 🙂 )?

(2) the SAME force that took their powers seemed to be responsible for destroying EYTH. but if the weapon only drains, how'd THAT happen?

last thing -- in the second scan, the people mention that there is no electricity or atomic power. what proof is there (aside from the ALLEGED proof of draining superpowers) that the concentrator can drain anything BUT electricity or atomic power? it clearly doesn't drain from ANY source as one of bw's scans say, because it doesn't drain kinetic energy or bio-electric energy (and that IMMEDIATELY SHOULD CALL INTO QUESTOIN THE VALIDITY OF ALL THE SCANS). i don't know how we can even believe the claim of it draining superpowers without there ever being a mention of the concentrator being the cause for the loss of powers . . . 😬

that's the problem again with silver-aged tech: it NEVER makes sense, and it requires a suspension of PIS to believe it. no way we can logically say that such an unproven, unsupported weapon can be used to achieve what bw is trying to achieve. forget the fact that with aquarian present, aquarian's ENTIRE HISTORY screams that he would PREVENT the weapon from ever working in the first place . . .

oh, and if we overload and blow it up, they're REALLY screwed because once they are all inside the weapon as bw SAID they were:

thanks to charlotte our teams are greatly reduced in size, when they are also materialize into the battlefield, they will also be within the same concentrator 😱 your gun is firing at nothing! and with wundarr's null field our teams can't fight...period, but once the concentrator fires all the energy it absorbed, our cosmic containment units will be reactivated....then we pwn.

Imply at anything you want, I added the Aquarian effect. It stops you from moving, and a good amount of other effects too. Theres a reason I used the combined effects. I'm not all just good looks 😉

I would claim the null field would protect me from you moving. Also, about Savitar. I got some questions Id like for you to answer please. I was talking to someone and this came up:

The whole deal with Savitar and access to the speed force. Throughout his career, Savitar didn’t have a connection to the speed force until Wally managed to merge Savitar to the speed force. After that, I don’t recall him making another appearance. But the point is that Savitar was specifically NOT attuned with the speed force.
So I don’t get the idea behind explaining to everyone that he’d have access to the speed force.

Plus, all the feats you have been using are Wally’s, not Savitar’s. Big mistake there, imo. Not to mention, the whole “faster than instantaneous travel” was done under special, outside circumstances. I remember Wally couldn’t do that alone, or under normal conditions. So using that as evidence isn’t all that sound.

If you want, I could synch it up so that the Aquarian beam frequency changes over to the Concentrator beam with the beam never ceasing to fire. It would be a continuous stream, the frequency would just change, and it wouldn't allow any time to counter because the effects of the Aquarian beam would need to wear off for you guys to be able to pose a counter. There goes your it works against it self attack.

Saying B5 is smart is reason enough for anything. The man has created Motherboxes, has run various experiments involving the speed force, has used and studied the miracle machine (THAT is reality manipulation at its core). B5 is what Reed wishes he could be.

Lets look at the facts. My weapon can nuetralize your weapon. Does your weapon have more potiental? sure why not, but I can cut it off before it starts. I started the drain before you thought "win". I made sure Brainy upgraded the firing sequence to past those speeds. I cut you off from the cube, you cannot do anything: No shields, no winning, no effect. You are effectively powerless.

Also, the two scans you referenced as immediately following eachother are from two different times the concentrator was used.

First time it was used they had no idea what hit them. They found it was from Lucifer 7 (I think thats his name), so they stole it from Lucifer 7 (who if I remember correctly did not want to waste his Concentrator on such petty fools and wanted to rough them up himself).

The second time, the Legion, having the original Concentrator, and knowing its secret built a new one because the Time Trapper was sending those suns in their direction.

Leo, try to understand: Your weapon has merit in its power. But if it cannot access the energy to run that power? If it is drained before you can use said power? That is what I can do, I can take away your power. Then use it against you. Tactically? Thats you being outmaneuvered.

As for the micro crap: I start in the epicenter. You are "somewhere" in the calm area. Not the same thing.

More clear clarification on the uses of cubes. As was already stated, the "wish" thing is stupid and violates the rules. So what we will actually do with them?

The thing is very simple- first, we put them in zone of distorted time, that still leaves them able to move so that it's not OHKO, though, but really slow- their 1 second=real world 1 hour within that zone. As they're trapped there, we remove all their teleportaton means, incasing them after that in block of solid adamantium. The very "after that" thing isn't that much of delay, as there's three cube users to perform one stage each.
