Healing..probably, but he also takes damage a lot easier...and Supes can recover from damage quickly when the sun is out.

We are talking about Hulk. Superman can be beaten to death without any internal damage whatsoever....and has no ability to quickly recover from injury. Its pretty much a go all out type plan and take the consequences with him. Only he is good at dishing, but badly equipped to take it.
