Come on, you are missing the spirit of the thread. What Ifs are supposed to have at least some basis in some reality and be remotely plausible, not just any ridiculous fantasy pulled out of nowhere.

Already happened to a degree, with Wolverine vs Spider-man what if? KGB spider-man, he got some bad ass military training from russia, helped develope his Spideysense to true precog levels, he was potrayed quite the beast. And ruthless.
