I haven't played GSF much; I've been working on getting my alts to level up crafting.
I have most of the ones done that actually make stuff, and I'm close on the last couple, so getting there.
I barely played during the xp weekend, as I had bought some of those xp boosts during the sale piss cheap, so had little desire to push myself.
and yes, the crafting.
My Sith Warrior is a 54 atm, and am currently levelling up a Jedi Shadow. He's interesting, but getting the rotation down with an Infiltration build is annoying waiting on so much stuff to proc.

If you've payed them any money you'll be bumped up to Preferred status which is much better than free. Just be prepared to buy some privileges on the GTN. I'm pretty sure you can get hide head slot perks and stuff on there.

That is weird. Are you guys running it directly or through Steam/Origin? If so, run the apps as Admin by right clicking the shortcut.
Alternatively, you can set it to the same resolution as desktop but do windowed (no border) and you can alt tab easily enough.

I play it through the standard launcher, and run it as admin as standard.
I might try it windowed though, as much as I really don't want to. Like I said though, i'm not too pushed, as it's happened maybe twice in two weeks, and I login at least once a day.
