I'd say the Green Goblin and Joe Quesada committed two incredibly evil acts as they were both responsible for depriving Spidey of the love(s) of his life.

In terms of sheer scale, the Anti-Monitor killing everyone in all of those universes.

In terms of personal evil, the Preacherverse God was pretty much a complete *******, since he created existence just to torture and inflict pain and suffering on others, and he inspired other people to be evil, like Jesse Custer's grandmother who would lock her grandson in a coffin at the bottom of a pond for months on end with only one small tube of air to breathe, and have her thugs torture and murder anyone he liked or knew, and he set things up so the Saint of Killers' family would be murdered and make it look like he was the one at fault, just so he could have an unbeatable assassin, etc.

AOA Apocalypse killed Japan and bathed Shiro in the blood of his ancestors or something, that's pretty sick. In Ghost Rider "tears for the fallen?" These guys made a guy watch as they raped his wife and killed his kids.

And that reference to Joker blowing away Luthor's son in IC - not Luthor's son. It was the Lex Luthor originally from Earth-3 or so, with the villainous JLA.

Who remembers much of Alan Moore's run on Swamp Thing? Anton Arcane gets out of Hell and inhabits the body of Matt Cable, and has sex with his own niece Abigail 😘 , then has an army of the damned ready to march everywhere while he sends Abby's soul to Hell.
