Now THAT'S a different story... If he's in critical condition again, then I'm all for Two-Face surviving... But if he's in good condition after falling like that, that's when I'm like "He's dead, guys..."

The back of his head hit the ground... And from that height (it might not be too high up, but he still fell a good way down) you'd need to be rushed to the hospital...

If he is alive, he's been in the Arkham medical wing for a little while, recuperating his injuries...

Exactly....for all we know Gordon didn't even bury the body, and didn't let anyone know he was transferred to Arkham.

people were notified and i thought it was genuine but we didnt see his body or a morgue scene and as it turns out, he was very much alive

Yeah, I actually believed he was gone, but just as his was a fake that no one knew about, so could Harvey's death be fake.
